A map of each an every GAA club in Ireland! The different coloured icons represent the sports played by each club. Larger dots mean more than a single club in a particular town.

Hurling is the dominant sport played in only a small tract of the country:

• South & East of Galway City incl South Roscommon.
• South & West of a line from Athlone to Gorey.
• East of a line directly south from Galway City to Clonakilty.
• Exceptions: North Kerry, Glens of Antrim, Ards Peninsula and the area of North-East of Westmeath and West of Meath.
